Well I have been sticking to my challenge for the month of April to exercise an hour a day, use the Wii everyday and to meditate for at least 10 minutes a day!
Most of the time, my mind moves onto other things that I have to get done in the day but for some reason when I'm meditating, everything just seems a lot clearer. I guess that's the whole point.
I have worked out my challenges for next month while continuing these three. Exercise now, I just do it. I don't make up as many excuses - I just get it done! My shape has been changing but the weight - argh - still hovers around the same mark.
Anywho, I'm off to do some cooking, want to have some meals in the freezer as I'm working straight for the next two weeks!
